Main Parts of a Dairy Decanter
- Bowl – The rotating drum that generates the centrifugal force required for separation.
- Scroll (Conveyor) – Moves the separated solids steadily out of the bowl.
- Drive System – Includes motors and gear units to run both the bowl and the scroll.
- Feed & Discharge Ports – Allow smooth input of milk and separate output of cream, whey, and solids.
